This vacuum pump system of wine preservation is one of our favorites. You simply insert stopper (2 are provided) into opened bottle. Place pump on top of stopper. Pump until firm resistance is felt. The bottle is now sealed with excell air removed. To release vacuum, pinch stopper and remove. Not suitable for sparkling wines.
