White Bistro Brie Baker is wonderful for baked brie! 5" in diameter. Here is a great recipe that we love:
Prepare the Brie by cutting the brie in half (same as for a layer cake) place bottom side of brie in Brie Baker. Add Red Pepper Jelly in between the layers and also on top. Score a design in the rind on the top of the Brie. Place Brie Bakers, without putting the lid on, in center of hot over for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven (with oven mitts) and put Brie Baker cover on Baker to keep baked brie warm and soft until ready to serve. YUMMY!!!
