Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Heart 'n Home charges a flat rate according to the subtotal of your cart.  Shipping is either by UPS or Postal Service; at Heart 'n Home's discretion.

There is no shipping cost if you indicate you want to pick up your item at the retail store in Laurens or have it delivered in the Laurens area.  However, you must be able to pick up the item within 2 weeks of ordering.

Q:  DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY IN THE LAURENS, IOWA AREA?

A:  We deliver to both rural and town addresses at no charge within 15 miles.  Let us know what you would like on the card and where it should be delivered to by e-mailing:   deliveries@heartnhomeonline.com

Q:  DO YOU OFFER FREE GIFT WRAPPING & DELIVERY TO BRIDAL SHOWERS & WEDDINGS?

A: We deliver to all bridal showers and weddings when the bridal couple is registered with us.  Please let us know via e-mail at deliveries@heartnhomeonline.com or call 712.841.2546 that you placed an order for a registered couple.  Also indicate what you would like the card to say (the card is COMPLIMENTARY!) and if it is for the wedding or shower.

A: Go direct to the source!  Either call us at 712.841.2546 or e-mail customerservice@heartnhomeonline.com and we will respond within 24 hours and let you know exactly what is happening!
