We hope you love everything that you buy from Heart 'n Home and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. You may exchange or return for a refund or credit (excluding shipping and handling charges). To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions included in your package, include the original packing slip, and ship the item pre-paid to:

For your security, please return merchandise by trackable means with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS).

For gourmet food, we accept returns for up to 7 days; for all other merchandise, 30 days. A restocking fee may apply for some items. Once your package is received, we will credit your account for the purchase price. We will issue you a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price, including tax, of the product. If the item is damaged or defective we will also refund the original shipping cost. Gift items that are returned for credit will be credited to the purchaser (credit card holder).
