Warm bread is a can of beer and 60 minutes away with this bread mix! Add a Tablespoon of your favorite seasonings to create a whole new flavor.
RECIPE:
BEER BREAD PIZZA CRUST OR BREADSTICKS
- 1 Beer Bread Mix (Regular of Whole Wheat)
- 1 can beer
- 3 Tablespoons of melted butter
Stir together beer bread mix and beer until just combined. Pour soft dough onto a greased jelly roll pan (10 x 15 inch cookie sheet). This dough is very sticky so you will need to flour your fingers, wet them under running water, or grease them (either with shortening - butter, Crisco, or nonstick spray) in order to spread this dough out evenly in your pan. After the dough is spread out, brush the top with your melted butter. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cool. If you are making it into breadsticks; flip out of pan onto counter and cut with a pizza cutter into strips while still warm.
