This is a great dip mix to do up a batch for raw veggies or crackers. Quick and easy!

Use any of the following or add any of your favorites:
- Baby red or gold potatoes
- Onions - cut into wedges
- Grape or cherry tomatoes

Katie (of Dipsy Daisy) usually does about a sheet pan of these for her family which is about 10 cups of vegetables. Cut your baby potatoes in half and parboil in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Drain in colander and put into large bowl. Cut your other vegetables of choice into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl. Sprinkle the contents of your dip mix package over the vegetables and drizzle about 3 Tablespoons of olive oil over the top. Toss together with a spoon until all veggies are coasted with oil and spices. Pour out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and roast in a 350 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes or until tender (Check carrots and potatoes as they will take the longest)
