Ok...we have carried Lemon Curd in the past...and we loved it. But then trends come and go and out it went.
But we really believe that entertaining in our homes is coming back. We all want connections and to be with others...but face it: who has all that time to get our homes ready AND do food???
That is where lemon curd on your pantry shelf comes in handy! Have a frozen sponge cake and frozen blueberries in your freezer. Thaw them out...cut the cake horizontally in layers and put lemon curd and blueberries on it. Heat the lemon curd that remains in the microwave for a few seconds...and drizzle on top with the blueberries. DONE!
10 ounces....and yes, it is amazing (in Julie's opinion)
