One of our newest dips has quickly become a customer favorite!! Amazingly versatile; can be served with fresh veggies, on a baked potato, or as a salad dressing.
SMOKIN’ BACON CHEDDAR RANCH CRUNCHY SALSA
• 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can Mexi-corn, drained
• 2 Roma tomatoes, diced and drained on a paper towel
• ¼ c. diced red onion
• ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
• ½ c. prepared Smokin’ Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip Mix
Mix together the black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Stir in dip and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until chilled. Serve with Scoops.
