Easy - Peasy...add beer, mix and bake!  Nothing is better than warm bread right out of the oven...unless you top it with some of Dipsy Daisy's mixes!

 

RECIPE:

 

CHEESY BACON ONION BREAD

 

  • 1 Beer Bread Mix (Regular or Whole Wheat)
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 package Oodles of Onion Dip Mix
  • 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of melted butter

 

Whisk together the beer bread mix and dip mix until just combined.  Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.  Pour in the beer and stir until just combined.  Pour soft dough into a greased loaf pan.  Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the loaf.  Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes
