Wedding Venue Set Up Guide
I am a budget girl...so when a bridal couple says they are setting up and decorating their reception venue - I completely get it. There are times when budget needs to be kept in mind and there are times when we are hired to decorate to eliminate stress.
Over the years I have set up “order set up” guidelines for our Heart ‘n Home team. It helps to know that things are being done and in order. Why such a strict order? Because if tables and chairs are set out first; it makes it difficult to put linens on. Chairs are one of the last things put in place.
If you are decorating the venue, please feel free to use our guideline. I suggest making copies for everyone who is helping...even use clipboards with pens so everyone can mark off what has been done.
